The mall administration office is open 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday. The administration office is always ready to assist customers, page a lost family member, answer any questions, and give directions.

Gift Certificates
Give the perfect gift every time with a Highland Square Gift Certificate! Whether it’s a birthday, Christmas, or a corporate incentive, Highland Square Mall gift certificates are sure to please even those hard-to-buy-for. Gift certificates are available through the administration office in $5, $10, and $20 denominations, and can be paid by cash, credit or debit card. Wheelchairs are available on a complimentary basis, and are available through our administration office or after office hours through our security or maintenance staff. Bank Machine
For customer service, a TD bank machine (ATM) is available at the west mall entrance near Aliant. Third party ATMs are also located at Highland News just off centre court and Tartan Blade at the mall's east entrance.
