Highland Health Home and Learning Centre

The Highland Health Home and Learning Centre in New Glasgow (which includes the former Westville Medical Clinic) is an expanded health home, offering collaborative care from a comprehensive team of health care professionals. Alongside patient care, the site is home to a purpose-built Learning Centre featuring Nova Scotia’s first simulation lab designed specifically for primary health care. Here, learners and professionals can train and practice skills side by side in a safe, collaborative environment, strengthening care for the community.
